We recognise that our staff are our greatest asset, and
we treat them as such! Every
individual has the opportunity to progress within our company, and we always
try to encourage internal promotion.
By ensuring that our staff feel valued, we create stable service
delivery teams at all of our sites - this means that our clients receive
the highest standard of service at all times.
Management support is provided by our Contract Managers,
who are locally based within each county, and these managers visit all our
staff on a regular basis.

We recognise that effective training provides:

As a result we invest significant resources in workforce
training and development to ensure that our people are the best qualified in
our industry. All of our people
have the opportunity to train to the level they choose. Our training programme is based
on the BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) system, ensuring optimum productivity and the highest cleaning standards.

Recognition
We believe that peoples' achievements should be
recognised and in 2002 we introduced a scheme designed to reward our staff for:
- Long service
- Training achievements
- Introducing new employees
- Exceptional performance
All long service awards are celebrated with our staff,
along with special achievements such as training awards. In addition, we have celebrations for events such as special birthdays and anniversaries.
