ISO 9001:2000
All our procedures and systems have been fully assessed
and accredited with ISO9001: 2000.
We have compiled a full Quality Management System, with detailed
procedures to ensure a high standard of customer service, supplier analysis, performance standards, complaints procedures, corrective and
preventive actions etc. Monthind was first awarded ISO status in 1992, and has maintained accreditation since that time. Our external auditor
from NQA audits our Quality Management System on a twice-yearly basis.
Quality Service
The consistent delivery of a high-quality,
value-for-money service is dependent on regular, accurate monitoring of service
standards. Our management
team carries out regular onsite Quality Inspections which are followed up by a full Quality Report. Any remedial action is completed promptly and free of charge.
QA Reports can be made available on our interactive
website, and trend reports are produced for contract review meetings. The frequencies of the quality
inspections are agreed between Monthind and our clients, to ensure the specific
monitoring requirements are met.
Quality Inspections
Our regular Quality Inspections are designed to measure
all aspects of our performance including:
- cleaning standards
- training achievements
- equipment efficiency & safety
- cleaning products
- condition of cleaning cupboard
- staff uniforms
- communications books
- staff attendance records
Points are awarded based on compliance with requirements,
and an overall score is produced.
Trend analyses are produced comparing quality performance with previous
audits, and with other contracts.
Electronic Quality Auditing System
We have introduced an auditing system that is carried out
by our managers using the latest hand-held technology. During a site inspection, the manager
can input the performance scores in to the hand-held device, which will
automatically generate an electronic summary and be sent directly to the
office. Clients are then able to
access these inspection reports via our website.
