Essex Police Cleaning Contract Award

The Essex Police Authority cleaning contract has been awarded to Monthind Clean LLP. This contract covers the Authority's cleaning requirements for all police stations, Headquarters and other associated sites.

Monthind has delivered these cleaning services to the Essex Police Authority for the past eight years and are delighted to continue this association for potentially the next seven years.

Through a change to the cleaning specification, Monthind have helped the Authority to make savings of approximately 30% on the cost of the contract in what is a financially challenging time for the Police service in general.

The cleaning service Monthind delivers to the Essex Police Authority estate includes: daily office cleaning; specialist cleaning to custody suites and crime scenes; bodily fluid removal; window cleaning; feminine hygiene; clinical waste removal; washroom and janitorial consumables; laundry; and periodical cleaning.
