We are proud to announce that here at Monthind we have been re-accredited by NQA. This certification recognises National Quality Assurance and is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems also know as QMS.
In order for Monthind to gain the NQA qualification, we are required to complete an application for registration providing information about our organisation so that the NQA are able to accurately define the scope of assessment.
NQA then carry out an assessment consisting of two mandatory visits that form the Initial Certification Audit.
The certification can then be issued by NQA and is maintained through a program of annual surveillance audits and a three yearly recertification audit.
Our business services manager, Andy Flatman, was delighted with the NQA recertification stating; “I speak on behalf of the entire Monthind team when I say that we are absolutely delighted to be re-certified by NQA for our current best practice. The hard work from everyone within the Monthind team has been rewarded with this certificate which we are all incredibly proud to be re-accredited with.”
